Myckelle Williams, an L.A. Native currently residing in metro-Atlanta is a full-time business owner, who’s current ventures include Real Estate investing, Corporate Property Management, Turo Rental Cars, and a Home Health Care Agency.

Her passion for Real Estate started over 20 years ago in Property Management, where she worked for leading property management companies, such as AMSI, Archwood, IMT and others, winning major awards for sales and leasing. She was promoted into management and was recognized for her stellar closing ratios and top reviews. She also received Real Estate licenses in both Tennessee and Georgia and was a buyer’s agent for several years.

She decided to step out of the corporate world in 2023, to pursue working for herself as an entrepreneur in the real estate field, and began to develop her personal and business credit, bringing her scores over 800 and amassing over $175,000 in business credit within 3 short months. At this time, was almost ready to purchase real estate, but recognized the importance of investing in herself by obtaining a mentor to walk her thought the process.

She invested in the Eric Gyl’s Win Blueprint, and within 5 weeks, she had 2 duplexes under contract. Eric was able to teach Myckelle how to be a full-time Real Estate investor, utilizing her business credit to fund her own deals. As she became more confident, she branched off into tax lien sales, courthouse auctions and Corporate Short-Term Rentals, purchasing multiple duplexes and land lots for a fraction of the cost, consistently adding to her diverse portfolio. She also purchased a fleet of Turo cars with her business credit, and currently produces training courses to help others get started in the rideshare business.

After the tragic death of her mother, she also obtained a 501c3, got licensed by the state of Georgia, and opened a Home Health Care Agency that would aide families of disabled elderly adults in finding quality in-home healthcare at an affordable price.

Myckelle holds a professional Performance Coaching certification from Lipscomb University, where she received two Bachelor of Art degrees, as well as a Master degree in Organizational Leadership. This enabled her to develop strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skillset needed to equip her to coach and mentor others, as well as training under Eric’s WIN Blueprint program that enabled her to step out and become a certified mentor in the program as well.

She loves to travel and spend time with friends and family, including her six grown children and 6 grandchildren.
